Making sure your concrete floor is properly cleaned and prepared before applying any product onto it, is the key to a durable, long-lasting epoxy floor, that will not lift or peel soon after installation.
We start every project no matter whether is a single garage floor or large industrial floor, by mechanically grinding the top layer of the concrete. Grinding helps us achieve the correct concrete profile, as well as removing any oils, stains, dirt or old coatings that will prevent the epoxy from bonding with the concrete slab.
We then move onto repairing any cracks and holes in the floor. A step important for ensuring the structural integrity of your new epoxy floor.
